C1 Mini Digger Crusher Bucket

TMA Machinery Ltd mini digger C2 adjustable crusher bucket.
 
Capable of crushing up to 4t of rubble per hour on excavators ranging between 1.1t - 1.6t.
Suitable for bricks, stone, concrete blocks, pavers, concrete, tarmac, etc.
 
Ultra grade Hardox teeth with high wear resistance that never break off meaning reinforcing bar is no problem. 
 
Adjustable chamber for outputs ranging between dust to 40mm and dust to 75mm. Easily adjusted with one pin that simply slides into different bushes within the bucket. Simple and robust. 
Speedy crushing with the 75mm setting when bigger aggregate is needed. The 40mm setting can be used for finishing stone.
 
Made from high grade steel for durability in the toughest conditions. Coded to BS EN ISO 9606  fully welded construction with gussets added for strength in all the right places, our crusher buckets are made to last. 
Chamber is plated to prevent stones falling behind the crusher plate and causing unwanted damage. 
 
The tried and tested design - unique and copyrighted to TMA Machinery Ltd, offers efficient use of the excavators auxiliary oil supply maximising the speed and crushing force required. 
Crushing plates are angled specifically for easy feed of stone to minimise the need to shake the bucket resulting in wear to your excavator. 
 
Inside bucket width 440mm - designed to take concrete block sized pieces of concrete. 
 
Included:
Standard top plate to fit your digger (we will contact you to confirm pin dimensions after ordering).
1400mm long hoses with 1/2" male flat face couplers.
Operating valve is fitted and tested - standard with all of our crusher buckets.
